We are excited to share that we have partnered with Ithraa Alkhair for Hajj this year, in 2024.
Similar to last year, when sending pilgrims to Hajj, all Operators outside the Kingdom must utilise authorised entities, such as Ithraa Alkhair. They will handle all payments and be responsible for transfers, hotels, etc., for various package options.
After significant due diligence to improve the quality of service, we have chosen Ithraa Al-Khair to facilitate the needs of our customers.
Who are Ithraa Alkhair
The "African Non-Arab Hujjaj Company" was officially established in 1404AH as a restricted institution with a specific and closed group of contributors. It specializes in providing Hajj services exclusively for pilgrims coming from non-Arab African countries.
This initiative aligns with the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 and the wise directives – may Allah preserve them – launched under the program 'Guests of the Merciful,' aiming to receive 30 million Hajj and Umrah pilgrims by 2030.
The institution was converted into a closed joint-stock company with 1185 shareholders through the institutional transformation program. In the year 1443 AH, it became "Matawafie Hajaj Al-Duwal Al-Afriqiyah Ghair Al-Arabia Company". From it emerged "Ithraa Alkhair Company".
Ithraa Alkhair is now a leading pilgrimage service provider, catering to an average of 200,000 pilgrims from 48 non-Arab-African countries.
Today, they are now working with Zam Zam Travels to serve pilgrims from the UK.

Hajj Class A
Ithraa Class (A) package includes the preparation of tents, security surveillance systems, a fully equipped dining hall, covered pathways with high-quality artificial turf, first aid clinics, internet services, cleanliness services, electric fans with misting, golf carts, and qualified human resources for various roles. Additionally, there is a prayer area and educational lectures, and prices vary depending on the type of service required.
Hajj Class B
Ithraa Class (B) package includes the preparation of tents, a dining hall for men and women, fully equipped restrooms, furniture inside the tents, protective doors, security surveillance systems, covered pathways with high-quality artificial turf, first aid clinics, internet services, cleanliness services, electric fans with misting, golf carts, and qualified human resources for various roles. Additionally, there is a prayer area, educational lectures, and prices vary depending on the type of service required.
Hajj Class C
Ithraa Class (C) package includes the preparation of tents, security surveillance systems, a fully equipped dining hall, covered pathways with high-quality artificial turf, first aid clinics, internet services, cleanliness services, electric fans with misting, golf carts, and qualified human resources for various roles. Additionally, there is a prayer area, educational lectures, and prices vary depending on the type of service required.
Hajj Class D
Package D for pilgrims includes high-quality PVC-A tents that are durable and weather-resistant, providing comfortable mattresses. We offer split air conditioning inside the tents, a -١٤٠٠liter capacity beverage refrigerator, drink heaters, and professional chefs to prepare delicious meals that meet nutritional needs. Additionally, we provide a first aid clinic and healthcare services. There are restroom facilities and carpets inside the tents. Fast Wi-Fi service is available. We provide special facilities for people with special needs to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, and prices vary depending on the type of service required.
Special Class
Ithraa Alkhair offers a customized package designed according to the client's requirements. This includes setting up tents, preparing a dining hall for men and women, fully-equipped restrooms, interior furnishings for the tents, protective doors, security surveillance systems, covered walkways with high-quality artificial turf, first aid clinics, internet services, cleaning services, electric fans with mist, and golf carts. Additionally, qualified human resources are provided based on the client's needs.
VVIP Class
Ithraa VVIP Package is designed to provide high-quality premium services. This package features unique and spacious rooms and suites, including separate areas for living and dining, integrated air conditioning systems, and elegant decor with luxurious Eastern furnishings. Additionally, it includes a restaurant offering a variety of distinctive and flavorful options, both Arabian and Western, in an outdoor setting. Luxury transportation is also provided, along with various other exclusive services.
