

As a certified ATOL & IATA Hajj and Umrah Package Tour Operator in the United Kingdom, we ensure that we protect your rights as a consumer.
This is an agreement between ZAM ZAM TRAVELS LTD and the pilgrim who is travelling with us for their Hajj Package and Umrah Package.
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither the supplier nor we can do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or interest you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may arise out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. The Saudi Government may and can at any time, introduce or increase fees for Visas for Hajj and Umrah. If this should happen, we will add this amount onto your travel invoice and will endeavour to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
To make your Hajj application, please ensure the following items have been submitted:
Zam Zam Travel Ltd able to obtain Hajj & Umrah visas for all British, EU and other nationals who have any legal right of residency for the UK. The Saudi Embassy requires your passport for varying lengths of time to issue a visa. We cannot give accurate guidelines as to processing times and ensuring the fastest processing time. If you have any questions at this juncture, we will gladly walk you through the process.
However, please remember:
A full list of what is included in the price of offer will be found in the price list. We guarantee not to increase the basic price of your trip after your full payment. We reserve the right to change hotel prices until full payment or at any time before you book. However, any price changes after your full payment will not affect the price of your booking unless you request a change to the booking/accommodation/flight or other items of your package. All flights booking for Hajj and Umrah require a non-refundable deposit and after the initial.
Booking the final payment to be made within 24 hours otherwise, fare difference must be paid if the new fare/accommodation is higher than the original fare booked. Prices are not guaranteed until tickets are issued, flights can change to other scheduled flight or extra flights (Charter) especially for Hajj. All credit card and debit card processing fees 3.5% apply. If for any reason your Hajj visa has not granted by the Saudi Embassy for your Hajj we are not responsible for any costs and no refund will be offered.
Due to COVID 19, there may be many changes during the Hajj in light of health and safety implementations by the government of Saudi Arabia. As you can appreciate, these are hard to predict or state what will happen. However, as a Hajji, you should be mentally prepared and be willing to accept that Hajj may be very different from what we are used to seeing and hearing about. We face uncharted territory.

We are unable to accept liability for any flight delays (for any reason Weather, industrial action or any other reason) or cancellation of the flight to or from Saudi Arabia if the operator fails or is unable to fill the obligation of their part of the contract. We will assist the operator in finding alternative aircraft, but this will be on best endeavours.
You must have sufficient travel insurance for all travellers to cover this remote eventuality.
