Catering for Muslim guests only, this high-end hotel is part of the iconic Abraj Al-Bait Towers, and has direct access to the complex's shopping mall. It's a 4-minute walk from the Sacred Mosque of Masjid al-Haram and 11 km from Hira historic cave.
As part of the prestigious Abraj Al Bait complex, the deluxe Swissotel Makkah is a contemporary five-star hotel located in close proximity to the holy Masjid Al Haraam, overlooking the Ka’aba, as well as the entire Masjid.
Shaza Regency Plaza
Centrally located in the heart of Al Madinah, the 5-star Regency Plaza offers free WiFi in public areas and views of the Uhud Mountain. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen satellite TV, a minibar, a work desk and a safety deposit box. Private bathrooms include bathtubs and a set of luxury toiletries.
The hotel’s main restaurant offers an á la carte menu and international buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once you have completed the immigration process, we will take you to check into your 5-star hotel in Makkah.
You'll be able to rest for a while, after which we will assist you in performing Umrah.

Journey to al-Madīnah and Experience Jumu'ah
You will check out from your 5-star hotel in Makkah and travel to al-Madīnah. Upon arrival, we'll assist you in the check-in process at your hotel in al-Madīnah. You will be free for the rest of the evening/night to explore Al-Masjid an-Nabawī and the surrounding sights and sounds of al-Madīnah.
Depending on timings, you may perform Jumu'ah in either Makkah or al Madīnah.

All of our Umrah Packages are subject to availability, and:
- Airline schedules.
- Where applicable, Islamic Moon sightings may alter Islamic dates.
- Hotel rooms have no specific views.
- For Quad, Triple and Double Rooms, pricing is based on the number of people sharing a single room at full occupancy. Two pilgrims, for example, may not occupy a Quad Room and pay for only two people at Quad Room rates.
- Umrah Visa requirements.
- You must arrange travel insurance for all parties.
- All parties accept our Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policies.
- A cancellation fee of £550 applies.
Please be aware that hotel check-in times are after 18:00, and check-out times are before 13:00 unless otherwise stated.
